Terms of Service
FonatProp provides lead capture, valuation context, funnel measurement and broker handoff tools for real estate teams. FonatProp does not provide official property valuations, legal advice or a guaranteed number of leads, listings, sales or closed deals.
Pilot
Paid plans may include a 30-day implementation pilot. If the customer does not cancel before the pilot ends, the selected monthly or annual subscription may begin through the hosted payment provider.
Payments
Card details are handled by the hosted payment provider, not by FonatProp. Subscription fees are billed in advance once a paid period starts.
Data
Agency data, leads, dashboards, reports, copy, designs and generated outputs may not be scraped, resold, trained on or commercially reused without written permission.
